We are looking for a (Senior) SAP Consultant (m/f/d) with deep expertise in the SAP landscape and a genuine passion for logistics processes (TM, EWM, SD). Job Description:

• Support and further development of SAP modules with a focus on Transportation Management (TM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Participation in SAP projects – from concept to implementation
• Close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers
• Troubleshooting and user support
• Participation in national and international projects as well as taking on (partial) project management responsibilities as a Senior Consultant
• Analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of business processes to digitalize our clients’ transportation logistics
• Reengineering of our clients’ business processes and organizational structures in line with their business strategies
• Organizational and technical implementation of business solutions based on SAP Logistics
• Support and mentoring of new team members as well as active contribution to knowledge development and sales processes in the SAP Logistics area
• Conducting user trainings and maintaining customer relationships
• Monitoring innovations in the SAP Logistics field and incorporating this knowledge into projects and communities

 

Your Profile:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience as a (Senior) Consultant in the supply chain management environment, including implementation and customization of transportation and warehouse processes based on SAP Logistics
• Ideally, industry experience in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Retail, High Tech, Food & Beverage, and/or Automotive
• In-depth knowledge of core SCE processes such as Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, and Tracking & Tracing
• Strong interest in management consulting and IT topics
• Willingness to travel (regionally and internationally) and fluent German and English skills, due to the international nature of our clients and communities
• A hands-on mindset and keen interest in emerging trends in the logistics area
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, initiative, and excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience as an SAP all-rounder, ideally with specialization in TM, EWM, and/or SD modules
• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus
• Familiarity with logistics processes and a good sense for identifying optimization potential
• Enjoyment in tackling complex challenges and working in interdisciplinary teams
• Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented mindset
